Unlike many other systems on the market, Liniar veranda and decking products from HL Plastics are designed and manufactured by ourselves in the UK, at our 90,000 square foot state of the art production facility in Derbyshire, opened in 2007. Liniar is not a distributor of product made by another party.HL Plastics itself has been extruding plastic since 1974, and is a major player in window and custom extrusion and moulding, as well as fencing and decking.
Compared to timber and steel systems, uPVC verandahs offer a self-coloured, versatile and low-maintenance option, needing only an occasional clean with warm soapy water.Liniar’s uPVC components carry a Class 1Y fire rating for surface spread of flame.

Wherever possible we use recycled materials in our components, and our latest 225mm deck plank reflects this, using recycled material for its base and a coloured virgin polymer for it's top face.
This is good for the environment, and makes our products more competitively priced, with no compromise on appearance or performance.Attention to detail in design is also high on our priorities – for example all fixing brackets include covers which hide ugly screw heads, unlike most other systems. |
The deck boards are available in 4 different colours – white, cream, beige and stone.

Liniar deck ballustrading comes with several options, including our acclaimed shaped top rail, a choice of picket styles, 3 different decorative caps – ball, acorn or gothic, and 2 options of post-top lights – coach or globe.The ballustrading is available in a choice of 3 plain colours – white, cream or beige, and 3 woodgrain foiled finishes – golden oak, rosewood or forest green.The foils are made from the very same material used on nearly all uPVC windows in the UK, and offer a direct colour match.Gates, ramps and skirting can be built into the verandah to provide the complete installation.
