How do I install Liniar Products?

Exactly the same way you would with more traditional Timber and Concrete Products, by submerging the Post 600mm into the ground. This way you are sure to get the best service out of your product for many years. For softer Ground we would recommend using a 2743mm Post, and digging this into a 900mm hole, to create a 1800mm high fence, and finally for the best look to incorporate one of Liniar’s Gravel Boards to ensure longer life for your fence Panels.

Health and Safety Regulations?

As a guide H.S.E. suggests that one man may not lift more than 25 kilograms alone. Clearly with concrete products this is a problem, not however if they were to utilise the use of Liniar

Are Liniar Products Kind to the Environment?

Yes !! All Liniar Fencing Products can be recycled, the technology implemented with Liniar Manufacturing means that almost 88% of our products are manufactured utilising recycled materials

Will Liniar Products Burn?

As PVC-u will not support combustion, once the source of heat or fire is removed the product will simply self extinguish

Is this a concrete or timber REPLACEMENT?

No !! We prefer to offer this as a real and better alternative, as well as being maintenance free, and very easy to use and install !!!

Do you need any specialist tools to install Liniar?

No specialist tools are required, other than what you expect to find in a standard D.I.Y. tool Kit.

What standard measurement do we manufacture to?

All Liniar products are made in IMPERIAL measurements

Will The Colour Fade?

No !! Not for a considerable time, as the outer virgin skin of Liniar Products is made from a Calcium Zinc Formulation. This effectively means the colour will remain colourfast for many years

Does Liniar Manufacture?

Yes !! All Liniar products are made for stock in our custom designed manufacturing facility.

How strong are the Liniar Post and Gravel Board?

All Liniar products have been subject to the most difficult of weather and discolouring tests. Furthermore the products will withstand winds up to Gale Force 10, and is equally as strong as concrete, and conforms to the European Standard EN 12839 for concrete post manufacturing.

Will the Product Crack or Break?

The concrete equivalent is known to have a high percentage of cracks or breakages either before arriving at site, during delivery to the stockist, or while loading or in transit to the end user, or during installation. This is a known and accepted fact within the industry; you can however expect none of Liniar products to crack or break.
