Why construction companies and developers choose Liniar

Liniar produces a wide range of products that can be used to great effect in construction and development projects. Whatever the task, whether it’s agricultural, residential, commercial, institutional, industrial, heavy civil or environmental, there is certain to be something within Liniar’s range of windows, doors, plastic piling and uPVC fencing to assist your assignment.

Liniar is a leading UK uPVC extrusion company. HL Plastics began manufacturing plastic piling in 1994 and since then has increased its market share, including substantial exports. It launched its Liniar window system in 2008 to great acclaim, utilising the very latest windows technology available together with the knowledge and experience of an industry-leading team.

Liniar’s products are designed, modelled, tooled, manufactured and stocked at its own purpose-built 400,000ft² facility in the heart of the UK. Continued investment in product design and development, facilities and machinery keep Liniar at the forefront of the very latest technology.

Top quality products

You can be assured of a top quality product with Liniar’s unparalleled attention to design and engineering details, and as the systems were designed with fabricators, installers and end users in mind, there are a huge number of benefits for everyone who chooses Liniar.

Liniar windows and doors are quick to fabricate, easy to install, and bring the highest energy efficiency to consumers. Offering a perfect solution for new buildings, refurbishment projects and social housing, the Liniar range is cost effective and provides great aesthetics too.

Eco-friendly, the entire range of Liniar plastic piling is made from 100% lead-free recycled plastic, promoting sustainability and cutting down on waste, while Liniar fencing is made from 86% recycled uPVC. The Liniar factory sends zero waste uPVC to landfill as a result of utilising it in its piling and fencing products.

Maintenance free piling

Because Liniar’s plastic piling is manufactured from uPVC it doesn’t require any maintenance once it’s been installed, and because it doesn’t rot or rust it won’t ever need to be replaced and is far friendlier to the surroundings than steel – with no chemical leaching into water.

The lightweight nature of Liniar’s plastic piling and fencing means that it can be easily carried to site, also making it much more practical to install.

The Liniar range

Easy installation

Liniar manufacture a wide range of plastic piling styles, dependent on strength, the type of appearance required and the ease of installation. These include standard pile, flat pile, trench pile, full pan pile and log pile.

Liniar plastic piling can be installed by mechanical or manual installation. In many situations, particularly when short lengths are being installed, it can be inserted into the ground using a maul and pile cape.

When installing long lengths, or where the ground conditions are more difficult, a piling hammer should be used.
