Liniar Launches New Online U-Value Calculator

It’s simple, easy to use and on-line. You can calculate the U-Values for windows and doors, download Factory Production Control (FPC) guidance templates, and get independent industry updates, news and views.

Liniar has partnered with Build Check to incorporate the Liniar product range within The Oracle U-value Calculator. The results of the U-value calculation are recognised by FENSA for its competent persons scheme.
The calculator allows the user to assess the performance of Liniar products for various configurations of windows and doors to demonstrate compliance with building regulations. This is a more cost effective means of proving compliance than the Window Energy Ratings scheme.
The U-values are the same whether chamfered or sculptured, white or foiled. The calculator will provide an accurate U-value for casements, tilt & turn windows, residential, French and Bi-Fold Plus doors.
Once you’ve configured your window or door information, and calculated its U-value, you will be able to print out a headed certificate for submission to FENSA or building control to demonstrate compliance.To make use of the Oracle and the Liniar U-value Calculator there is an annual charge per company of £199 +VAT for unlimited use.
