Liniar window systems
Most uPVC window systems haven't fundamentally changed since they first launched in the 1980s - and with uPVC traditionally requiring steel reinforcement inside the frames, energy efficiency usually had to take a back seat. But not with the Liniar 70mm window and door system.
Following two decades where the window sector saw very little innovation, the Liniar 70mm suite was designed from scratch using the very latest technology to meet the demands of today's house building and refurbishment markets. This resulted in a window that's not only strong and secure but also achieves the highest possible energy ratings - all in one system. Often imitated, the Liniar system incorporates a number of features designed to improve the fabrication process, the installation and the end results for the homeowner, including a patented bubble gasket to ensure a seamless seal - keeping homes well insulated.
Queen's Award for Innovation
One of Liniar's flagship products is the flush ModLok uPVC bi-folding door range, which also incorporates a flush uPVC single door and flush glazed double (French) doors. This unique door system features a uPVC frame with a patented aluminium exoskeleton, which encases each frame and provides a combined reinforcement and locking mechanism, making the ModLok doors strong, robust and secure.
Winning a coveted Queen's Award for Innovation in 2017, the 70mm ModLok door system remains one of the most innovative doors on the UK market.
