The nominations and winners of the 2021 Quanex Annual Stakeholder Awards were revealed at the Quanex Leadership Summit and we are delighted to share the news that we have won a fantastic FOUR awards!
Safety Recognition Award – This is awarded to plants with no recordable accidents within the last 12 months – congratulations to our Secondary Operations and Avantek teams at Cotes Park for this great achievement!
President’s Safety Award – CEO and President George Wilson selected Liniar as the winner of this award, based on the safety improvements seen between 2020 and 2021. This is testament to all the efforts put in by everyone to ensure our operations are safe places to work.
Quanex Appreciation Award – Liniar was selected as the winner for this award, as the facility with the best operating performance based on the totality of circumstances in 2021.
President’s Service Award – With the global supply chain issues we faced throughout the year, the winners were declared as Supply Chain teams across Quanex plants.
