Hi humanbots, are you enjoying the beautiful British summer yet? I know I’m not!

I may be made of metal, nuts, bolts and highly complex circuitry, but even I like to look out of my testing lab window, see the sun shining and watch the birds gliding lazily in a brilliant blue sky.

Not much chance of that this year – so far I’ve been struggling to see anything outside through the streams of rain lashing against the glass – I’m more likely to see a passing octopus than a swallow or a yellow wagtail!

But I’ve decided not to let the awful weather get me down and to instead lose myself in my exciting workload – there’s never a dull moment here at Liniar.

However, when the sun fails to shine, my lab can look a little drab and this gave me an idea to freshen up my surroundings and bring a little light to my testing suite.

Meet the Team

I’m certain that all of you have already visited our ‘Meet the Team’ page on this great website (if not, why not?) and seen all of the lovely people that work here.

If you hover over each photograph it shows an alternative picture of the staffbot posing with one of our beautiful Cassie Windowwindows in an ever-so-slightly silly style. Even I took part!

Now, what I’m asking is for you wonderful humanbots to take your own version of that photograph, any window will do, and email it to so I can print them all out and decorate my drab wall.

Cheer me up

Is that too much to ask to put a little smile on a busy robot’s Howard Windowface? I might even find some small prizes for the funniest or most inventive ones I get.

So what are you waiting for, get snapping and sending – I can’t wait to see what you come up with.
