Liniar’s Zero|90 promotional campaign shortlisted for G23 award

Liniar, the UK’s leading PVCu systems company and a subsidiary of Quanex, is proud to announce that it has been shortlisted for Promotional Campaign of the Year at the 2023 G Awards.

Now in their 19th year, the G Awards are established as the premier platform for celebrating excellence in the glass and glazing industry.

The Promotional Campaign of the Year category recognises the importance of marketing and promotion and was open to any business type or size that has embraced marketing in their campaigns during 2023 for trade or retail.

Liniar achieved remarkable success in 2023 with a multimedia campaign to launch its revolutionary Zero|90 and Zero|90R ultra energy efficient window and door systems.

Liniar’s Marketing department coordinated a cross-functional team, including members from the Sales, Design, Technical and IT departments, to ensure accurate and consistent messaging with seamless end-to-end planning. They also collaborated with a local agency, Fluid Ideas, developing creative branding to ensure that the Zero|90 range would stand out in a highly competitive market.

This cohesive effort resulted in the execution of a highly successful multimedia promotional campaign that effectively showcased the ultra-energy efficient Zero|90 and Zero|90R systems, a range of products with energy performance capabilities that surpass the anticipated 2025 Future Building Standards requirements, in addition to staggering acoustic properties.

The launch successfully reached fabricators and installers across the industry through innovative messaging, positioning, and multi-channel marketing efforts. Branding, communication, advertising, email marketing, social media campaigns and launch events were meticulously planned and co-ordinated, leading to a streamlined approach that also included internal events to involve the whole Liniar workforce.

In addition to demonstrating a genuine solution to future-proofing regulatory compliance, the Zero|90 campaign effectively heightened awareness of impending Building Regulation changes, sparking meaningful discussions and demonstrating to the construction supply chain that the fenestration industry can contribute towards a Net Zero UK.

 Liniar will be taking 12 team members to the November G Awards ceremony in London and offer congratulations to all the finalists!
