Why decking installers love Liniar

When you choose to install Liniar’s lead-free, low maintenance decking systems, you’re not just buying some of the highest quality uPVC products on the market. You’re also becoming a Liniar partner, which comes with a whole host of benefits, including:

Simple and strong

Although our deckboards can be fitted onto sub-frames of an alternative material, Liniar’s galvanised steel sub-frame creates the ideal base on which to build a verandah.

The steel sub-frame is simplicity itself. Consisting of just two components – a steel ‘I’ beam and its connector. The sub-frame is easily connected into a grid pattern and the deckboards are fixed directly to the steel joists.

Deckboards

Liniar’s deckboards are a tongue and groove design, eliminating the need for fiddly clips to fix them down, enabling faster fitting. They are available in two patterns, including the new woodgrain style, and in a choice of five colours.

Our boards are 225mm wide, whereas most others on the market are 150mm – meaning that you will only need two Liniar boards for every three of our competitors.

They’re domed to allow maximum drainage and also have holes in the tongue to allow water to escape.

Made from 83% recycled materials, they have been tested to BS7679 for slip resistance, BS EN660:1999 and BS EN428:1993 for wear and have a Class 1 fire rating.

Balustrade

We strongly believe that we have the best designed and engineered balustrade on the market.

With unique sculptured sightlines, they are available in six colours from stock, including three foiled finishes. Alternative foil finishes are available and made to order and all extrusions are foiled directly by Liniar.

There are no visible fixings on our system – even our caps and bracket mouldings are foiled for a perfect finish.

Lead generation

Liniar has an active brand presence in the marketplace, with social media accounts and email campaigns driving buyers to the Liniar website and to our busy sales office.  All leads are passed onto Liniar installers.

Marketing literature

A full range of marketing literature is available to help you sell Liniar decking products to your customers, which can also be branded with your own company logo and details.

Point of sale merchandise

You can access a range of Liniar-branded merchandise, posters, banners, advertisement designs and flags to help you promote your services.

Made in the UK

Liniar’s range is the only one that is designed, modelled, tooled, manufactured and stocked in our state-of-the-art factory in the heart of the UK.

Shorter lead times

As the Liniar range is designed and manufactured at the HL Plastics factory in the heart of the UK, it can be delivered to almost anywhere using our own transport. We keep plenty of stock so lead times are kept low for our customers.

Demonstration decks

Liniar has supplied demonstration decks in some of the UK’s major leisure parks in order to showcase the system to customers purchasing a new holiday home.

Samples

Customers want to see what they are buying – so installers have access to samples to show them, allowing customers to get hands-on with the Liniar range and feel the quality for themselves.

Technical support

The Liniar technical support team is on hand to answer all your technical queries, and can provide engineering values and other technical data to support your installations requirements.

Customer sales support

Once you become a Liniar customer you’ll be allocated a dedicated sales order contact at our head office in Derbyshire. Your sales representative will become your main point of contact with Liniar to deal with any customer service enquiries.

Installation training

Because the Liniar system has a number of innovative features designed to make life easier for installers, it is different to other systems you may have used. That’s why we offer full training to new Liniar decking fabricators, together with installation guides, helping you make sure each installation is perfect.

Full accessory range

The Liniar range is available with matching steps, ramps, glass pickets, gates, post caps and lights, for ease of ordering and a one-stop-shop guarantee.

Continuous development

The Liniar range is continually evolving; the only range to include a fully sculptured balustrade system, Liniar has also developed a matching lockable storage box that can be built into your deck, keeping your valuables secure. Liniar invests heavily in research and development to ensure its installers are always able to offer the very latest products to their customers.
