Liniar’s timber alternative Resurgence window is the first of its kind in the UK. A PVCu flush sash window, which is double-rebated with a double co-extruded bubble gasket. The Resurgence timber replica window provides industry leading U-values, superior thermal performance and fits in with any type of property.

Resurgence was designed thanks to another UK first – a collaboration between systems house, machinery company and fabricator. Wanting to design a timber alternative window which appeared authentic even when the window was open, that was energy efficient but also easy to fabricate was the goal and Resurgence truly delivers.

Boasting four fabrication methods including Timberweld®, PAS24 and Secured by Design accreditations even with mechanical jointing and no need for glass bonding like other timber alternative windows, Resurgence was designed with fabricators, fitters and property owners in mind.

Designed using Liniar’s revolutionary 70mm EnergyPlus profile, the Liniar flush sash window provides the appearance of the popular pre-1932 timber window look – but with modern day thermal performance.

Liniar’s uPVC flush sash window is uniquely designed to suit any property style. For heritage or traditional property which previously had hard to maintain timber windows, Liniar’s flush sash window with woodgrain foiled finish is a low maintenance, energy efficient solution that really looks the part.

For a more modern appearance, uPVC windows can be foiled with a solid colour such as Anthracite Grey or Cream, providing the perfect finish to a contemporary home with exceptional U-values.
