Easy to fit

Liniar’s patented designs were built with the installer in mind – so all our conservatories are simple to fit, saving you precious time on the job.

Why choose a Liniar conservatory?

Liniar’s conservatory roof system is the most advanced available in the UK, brimming with brilliant ideas, impressive features and patented innovations. It’s easy and fast to install, enabling installers to offer their customers an attractive, high performance, leak-free roof.

Liniar’s conservatory roof is the only system to be offered with glass as standard – removing the extra hassle, cost and potential for error associated with ordering glass separately, and helping installers to improve margins by selling conservatories that homeowners can enjoy all year round.

Liniar help to put the satisfaction and reward back into selling conservatories. Our goal isn’t just to develop the best conservatory roof available – we’ve already done that! It’s to shake up and refresh the conservatory market with a number of brilliant, and long overdue, ideas to help installers revitalise their sales.

The Liniar brand is synonymous with quality engineering, style and innovation.

Using the latest technology to bring you the most energy efficient glazed roof system in the UK today, Liniar’s roof system also matches perfectly with its huge range of windows and doors.

Created with the fitter in mind, installing a Liniar conservatory roof couldn’t be easier – and by installing it above Liniar windows and doors, its thermal efficiency and aesthetics are hard to beat. In addition to that, offer your customers a perfectly matching coloured conservatory with a single point of guarantee, and maybe it’s time you considered the Liniar roof kit?

Each roof is designed on a bespoke basis to your exact specifications and delivered to site with all the parts you’ll need – and with colours available from stock, our lead times are usually lower than other roof suppliers.

Liniar’s precision factory-fitted woodgrain foils give the authentic appearance of timber without the maintenance.  And, unlike other conservatories, end caps and glazing retainers are also foiled, ensuring the whole installation matches for a stunning effect.

Liniar conservatories are available in a full range of traditional styles and sizes, and are available in a wide range of colour options including standard White, Cream, Rosewood, Light-Oak and Irish Oak. Liniar conservatories are also available in a range of bespoke colours including Grey, Black and Chartwell Green.

A range of six sculptured EnergyPlus top caps are available to give the Liniar roof greater thermal properties. A more rigid construction offers a genuine alternative to expensive aluminium caps and results in a more accurate scribing of jack rafter bars.

The unique patented Glazing Stop eliminates 100% of glazing slip on both glass and polycarbonate, which can be time consuming and costly to repair.

The unique patented Valley Glazing Stop also secures against slippage in valley applications – and both are simple and quick to install.

Unlike other roofs, no double sided tape is needed to keep the glazing in place!

The Liniar roof was designed for a one man fit, so it’s really simple to install. It’s also built for on-site adjustment, making everything easier for the fitter.

Even the glazing bars can be fitted to the D-ring at the radius end quickly and easily by one man thanks to the unique patented ‘Zoom Lock’ which just clips on.

A range of classic and contemporary uPVC finials, crestings and blanking caps are available for a neat finish and greater consumer choice.

If you can design it, Liniar can make it. The possibilities are endless and include lean-tos, Georgian/Edwardian, Victorian and gable styles. Combinations in the shape of Ts or Ps and even cross shaped designs are all possible too.

Liniar’s overall roof design and engineering provides excellent sealing, eliminating leaks – keeping water out and customers happy. This is achieved with the help of the patented, pre-shaped closed cell permanent Memory Foam, with a pre-applied primary seal, and a ridge cap which attaches, leaving no screw holes for water ingress.

The Liniar roof is BBA weather tested to 300 Pascals, equivalent to 113 inches of rain in 24 hours (UK average 34 inches a year) and a force nine gale.

Concealed (not surface mounted) tie bar fixings are available, as well as a tie wire option for a more contemporary appearance. All tie bars are cut to length to save installers time and money. Looks much better on the inside too!

Liniar profiles come with a 10 year guarantee against cracking, warping or discolouration.
