What I do:
I maintain the admin side of Health & Safety with both Tim & Scott to ensure everything runs smoothly and remains compliant with health & safety procedures.
How I can help you:
I am here to help you with paperwork regarding training and compliance, accidents and incidents, and help organise important meetings with management to discuss how we can help you to be safer. Maintain reactive and proactive reports to help staff keep track of their health & safety obligations and generally try to improve the health & safety management system where possible.
Favourite thing about working here: I really enjoy the culture at Liniar, everybody is very welcoming and it feels like a big family.
About me:
I have worked in the entertainments industry for around 14 years as a professional stagehand working on some of the biggest festivals in the country. Alongside this I have worked in various sectors including both retail and human resources and wanted to challenge myself with something new, so I came to Liniar. I am at university studying Law and at college in the evenings, so like to keep myself busy and sharp.
