What I do:
I support the team 100% at all levels to help them continue in their great work. I also take care of the day to day running of the business to help maintain our absolute customer and employee focus.
A key part of my role is to help to ensure overall strategic alignment of all stakeholders (sharing / working towards the same goals). Above all else, I strive to build on the excellent work of Roger and the team in making Liniar a truly great place to work and a truly great business to deal with.

About me:
Family is everything – my wife and I met at the young (ridiculous) age of 13 at a local disco (yes – they were called discos back then!) We have a (very expensive) student son named Nathan. To relax I enjoy swimming and walking our dog in the peace and tranquillity of Sherwood Forest.
I’m also a bit of a football fanatic who supports Leicester City (2016: What a year!)
